| Employer Services 1st
Choice Employment, Inc. takes pride in providing employers with 1st class
service, and would enjoy the opportunity to discuss your company's
staffing needs with you. This page addresses some common
questions of interest to potential client companies, and
we invite you to contact us with any additional questions you may have.
- Hiring:
Our temporary period before an employee may be converted to
permanent employment at your company is 300 hours.
- Cost:
We have a competitive bill rate. Please contact First Choice
Employment, Inc. for more information.
- Billing:
Invoices are sent weekly and due upon receipt.
Employees are paid weekly.
- Overtime:
General policy is that time and a half will be paid after 40 hours
are worked per week. If applicable to the company's policy, double time will be paid on the 7th
consecutive day worked, provided employee has worked their full
schedule. An employee work week is Monday - Sunday.
- Work Related
Injuries: Please contact 1st Choice Employment, Inc. in a timely fashion if an
employee of ours becomes injured. In most cases we can
direct employees to clinics used by our insurance company.
- Guarantee:
If an employee 1) leaves the job site within four hours of
starting time and does not return, or 2) performs
unsatisfactorily, we will, upon notice from you within four hours
of starting time, cancel all charges
for unsatisfactory services and furnish a replacement as soon as
possible.
