• CNC MACHINING
  Mills, lathes, horizontal or vertical, and turning centers.  Edits, offsets, tool changes, setup and programming.  Measuring tools include micrometers and calipers. Read blue prints.
• WELDING
  Mig and Tig on various metals, spot and robotic.  May require blue prints.  Familiarity with welding equipment operations a must.
• FABRICATION AND MACHINE OPERATING
  Manual mills and lathes, press brake, tube bending, punch press, turrets, shears, saws, screw machines, drill press, die cast and a variety of other machines.  Measuring tools including micrometers and calipers.  Read blue prints.
• PRODUCTION
  Various assemblies of products.  Good hand eye coordination.  Ability to complete task in fast paced environment.  Each company manufactures different products requiring a variety of skills.
• WAREHOUSE AND S/R
  Ability to lift 50 lbs.  Pick orders.  Load/unload product either manually, pallet jack or forklift.  Invoicing manual or computer tracking.  Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, Bills of Lading a plus.
• ASSEMBLY
  Mechanical, electrical, or medical.  May require blue prints, air tools, soldering, or clean room work depending upon type of assembly.
